Like many companies we did not decide to change supplier lightly but it is
now hard to see how we ever managed without Top Print and Giles’s team.

I cannot begin to explain what a refreshing change it is to deal with people
who take a genuine interest in our business and understand the importance of
delivering our training materials on time in the right place.

It is the little things that make the real difference; such as volunteering to conduct an initial audit of our current stocks and weed out the redundant material, and labeling all packaging so precisely as to its contents, who they are for and where and when they will be required that make our training programme run like clockwork.

All in all, I feel positive that this level of service saves me at least a day a week of mundane administration.

Giles runs his business like he drives – at full tilt! Everything we give Top Print to do is treated with the utmost urgency no matter how small an order, it is always their attention to detail which ensures we receive an excellent service at all times.

Until we started using Top Print I really hadn’t appreciated that the quality of print could vary so much within the industry but having experienced Top Print’s copypress technology I know there is no comparison. Most suppliers we have used normally fall at the first hurdle – obtaining American quarto size paper, for Top Print this was no problem. The small attention to detail is what sets Top Print apart, for example, aligning the margins of the pages correctly so that the text is not too near the binding. Thanks for your note below, and great to hear from you.  Please excuse my ignorance, we have been very busy here the last few weeks and I’m a little behind with responding to emails.

Congratulation on the expected new arrival, is Mk 3 an expected boy or girl or surprise?  In any case, I hope everything goes well should I not speak to you over the next week or so.

With regard to service, I can only say that you’re doing a great job. Hand on heart, I am extremely with the service we’ve received over the last few orders and as long as you’re doing that my life is sooooooo much easier!!

Obviously the next step you would be looking at would be an increase in business, a step I expected to be taken once your trial period was over.  I need to discuss this with training in more detail and I have meetings next week relevant to training manuals so if I could please ask for your continued patience for the next 2/3 weeks, I will be glad to discuss any changes/increased business with you either in person or via email during April?
