Top service just as you promised me. The course folders
were there waiting for me when I got to the venue, the quality was great, your
team organised an extra one for me in an emergency after my client stuck an
extra candidate on the course and, all in all, I would say you have a very
satisfied customer. I will be using you in the future – so much simpler than going to a local print
shop to pick up folders, pack them and post them myself! Took me a while
to relinquish my ‘usual routine’ but I’m glad I did.

All is going really well with the new style workbooks - we've had lots of
good feedback so I think that your efforts at reducing costs have actually
had a positive impact on quality. One thing I think we could do to improve
them though is to include more blank notes pages, so could we please have 4 notes pages
for 1-day courses and 6 for 2-day ones?
